Upstairs

Features a spacious, sunny open plan living, kitchen and dining area with glass sliding doors onto the rear deck with outdoor setting.
There is an extremely well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooktop / oven and microwave so you can kick back and cook up a storm!
Also upstairs is the master bedroom with built-in robe and sliding doors to a balconied area and comfy queen sized bed. A large two-way bathroom with 2 person corner spa, shower, vanity, hairdryer and separate toilet complete the upper floor.

Downstairs

The ground floor contains two further bedrooms. Bedroom two contains twin singles, each with trundles, and also has a TV & DVD player. Newly refurbished Bedroom three has a queen size bed.
In addition there is a bathroom/laundry which accesses a paved outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, entry to the garage and to the offstreet parking area.
